I'm Carmen Londono, the spirited powerhouse behind The Insurance Pros, bringing you over 20 years of know-how in the insurance game. Five years ago, I kicked off The Insurance Pros after a solid nine-year run with my first firm.


My mission? To make insurance less of a headache and more of a no-brainer for my clients. We’re talking straightforward, stress-free decision-making all the way.


Growing up, I watched my single mom, an immigrant, struggle because folks with the know-how weren’t sharing it. That lit a fire in me to ensure my business is all about educating clients and empowering them to make smart choices.


With extensive experience navigating the intricate world of insurance, I've honed the skill of demystifying the complex for you. On the home front, I’m known as “Mom” to 4 girls and "Gigi" to my grandkids, who are my world.
